Two traditional techniques using suction and gentle scraping to work with tight, sore muscles and stubborn tension. Especially satisfying when your back and shoulders need some attention.

Hi, I’m Lacey. I spend a fairly ridiculous amount of time thinking about Chinese medicine, and I’m delighted to have a place to share it with you.

I’m a Registered Acupuncturist practising in Woodstock, New Brunswick. I love the curiosity that comes with Chinese medicine, the attention it pays to the smallest details, and the fact that there’s always something new to learn.

My approach is thoughtful, hands-on, and personal. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, understanding your treatment, and being an active part of your own care.
